By downloading or using VThrive, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

VThrive is an AI-powered subscription co-pilot that helps you track, manage, and optimise your recurring subscriptions. Features include subscription tracking, AI-generated weekly briefs, renewal reminders, and WhatsApp alerts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when using VThrive.

4. Subscription and Payments

VThrive offers a free tier and a paid Growth plan at Rs.99/month. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing is handled by the respective platform and subject to their terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse VThrive. You may not use the service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. AI-Generated Content

VThrive uses AI to generate financial briefs and insights. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of VThrive is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Disclaimers

VThrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or uninterrupted service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clarvit Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VThrive.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VThrive after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
